TWO ARRESTED AFTER KEEPING CHILDREN IN DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS

On Monday, 11-09-09, deputies were notified by a school clinic assistant at Sparr Elementary that three children had been coming to school in poor condition and were possibly victims of child neglect. Deputies responded to their residence to investigate the living conditions and to question the parents regarding the children’s absence from school.

Deputies observed the home to be filthy, soiled with animal waste and infested with fleas and lice. The children had bug bites, were not wearing shoes and were visibly soiled from head to toe. The children’s mother, Brandy McGee, was questioned and arrested, along with her boyfriend, William Moss, who was also a legal guardian of the victims.

Arrested: Brandy McGee, W/F, 02-26-81

William Moss, W/M, 05-28-82
